The free-standing sculpture is predominantly at a human scale occupying a similar amount of space as the viewer creating a one-to-one interaction between the viewer and the artwork. Use of familiar objects in an altered context blurs the lines between object and space allowing for exploration of familiar objects in a new context.
The pieces remain in a state of existential transition. The form existing as a contour-line drawing adds a simplicity of concept; yet, the three-dimensional lines allow the complexity of perceiving the object from multiple sides simultaneously.
